Infinity Points was founded in 2023 by a team with over 15 years of hands-on experience in customized LCD and LED advertising displays. We run as a solution house, headquartered in Changsha with branch offices in Shenzhen and Dubai, and every year we are on the ground across European markets, meeting clients and partners in person.
Drawing on years of customized project delivery, we work closely with our clients to find the most appropriate, implementable display solution for the actual site conditions. Our project experience includes museums, events, churches, shopping malls, stages, retail stores and more, built for retailers, supermarkets, system integrators and software partners who need flexible, fast and reliable signage.

Which LED chips do you use — can you provide traceability?
We build with LED lamps from established, traceable chip manufacturers, and we confirm the exact lamp brand and specification for your order before production. Batch numbers are recorded for every module, so each panel in your project can be traced back to its production run.
What is your dead-pixel policy?
We follow the industry standard of no more than 0.01% failed pixels on delivery — at most 1 per 10,000 — with zero dead pixels in the central viewing area. Every screen is aged, calibrated and inspected before it ships.
Can I mix panels from different production batches?
We recommend against it. LEDs from different batches can differ slightly in brightness and colour temperature, which becomes visible on a seamless wall. Your project — including spare modules — ships from a single batch, and we advise ordering spares with the initial order for a perfect match later.
What is your warranty and how do you handle claims internationally?
Our standard warranty is 2 years, with extended terms available. For international clients we fulfil claims without shipping the screen back: we express replacement modules and parts to you, and our engineers guide the swap by video and remote diagnostics.
What happens if a module fails after installation?
Modules are front-serviceable — a failed module swaps out in minutes without dismantling the screen. Spare modules and spare parts are included with the project, and our engineers assist remotely whenever you need them.
Do you provide on-site support or installation guidance?
Every project includes installation manuals, step-by-step videos and remote assistance from our engineers as standard. For large or complex installations, on-site supervision can be arranged on request.
